Fusion Art: 4th Annual Lines, Shapes & Objects Art Exhibition – July 2022

“Every single line means something.” ~ Jean-Michel Basquiat

Welcome to Fusion Art’s 4th Annual Lines, Shapes & Objects International Online Juried Art Exhibition for the month of July 2022.

For this competition, both 2D and 3D artists were encouraged to share their best art and photography depicting Lines, Shapes & Objects. All artists, over the age of 18, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their best representational and/or abstract art in any media.

We once again received a diverse collection of quality artwork from artists all around the world, including the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Malaysia, Turkey, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, Italy and Mexico. Overall, the gallery judged 347 entries and accepted 129 artworks into the exhibition, which will be featured on the website for the month of July.

In this monthly themed exhibition, Fusion Art presents awards in three categories: Traditional Art, Photography & Digital Art, and 3-Dimensional Art. The Lines, Shapes & Objects Best in Show winners are Lisa Daniels for her heavy body acrylics on gallery wrapped canvas, “TOUCHED BY MIDAS”, John H Diephouse for his photograph, “WHEELS OF PROGRESS (TURN SLOWLY)” and Robert Obier for his mixed media on wood, “CITADEL – ITERATION #3”.

Lisa, John and Robert are Fusion Art’s Featured Artists for the month of July 2022 and, as the Best in Show winners, all three artists will receive a cash prize and are invited to participate in Fusion Art’s Annual Group Show in Santa Fe in 2023. Alternatively, in lieu of the cash prize, Best in Show winners may choose a complimentary one-year membership to our Fusion Artist’s Members Gallery.
