Production Time

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, most orders are final sale. Refunds or replacements may only be provided if:

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. Normal artistic variations are not considered defects.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a legitimately delivered custom item may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account restrictions
  • Legal action to recover losses

We reserve the right to submit order records, communications, and delivery confirmation as evidence in dispute cases.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Our hand-painted products are crafted with the utmost attention to quality, requiring proper tending to preserve both style and durability.

Every custom order is accompanied by a care manual providing insight to maintain the quality of the artwork. Factors such as improper use or exposure to extremely harsh conditions may damage the artwork.

We are not responsible for any damage that may caused by:

  • Improper care per included cleaning instructions
  • Excessive wear
  • Modifications done to the artwork
  • Structural needs not communicated during ordering

Promotional Use

Unless a customer explicitly requests otherwise, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Photograph completed products
  • Share images of finished work on social media, marketing materials, or the website

Personal identifying information will not be shared without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily Stone Art shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays outside our control

Our total liability related to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
